How to Produce a Bag?

Plastic bags are an indispensable part of our lives. Although it contaminates nature, many companies now produce plastic bags to dissolve in nature within 1-2 months. Have you ever wondered how plastic bags are produced and how they are going through? Here is the stage of production of plastic bags.

Firstly, raw materials are ready for the production of plastic bags and then they are processed in stages.

1. Stage Raw Material Mix: In order to achieve a healthy plastic film, plastic raw material is first mixed in special machines.

2. Stage Plastic Film Machine: The product is converted into a film roll by processing the mixed raw material in the plastic film machine.

3. Stage Printing Machine: The roll from the plastic film machine is taken to the printing machine for printing.

4. Stage Plastic Cutting Machine: Finally, the printed roll out of the printing press and the plastic film machine out of the film roll to be shaped is cut in the desired shape and size by the cutting machine.

5. Phase Recycling Machine: Incorrect prints produced during the production process are processed again in the recycling machine and gets ready for production.
